As of right now, we’re in talks with a few facilities here in Wesley Chapel to be able to continue to offer you the best training in the Tampa Bay Area. Nothing is for certain yet, however, we’re working diligently to make this a reality in the very near future.

Who’s Training?
Coach Connor has been in the field of strength and conditioning for almost 15 years now. During that time he’s worked with hundreds of NCAA, NFL, MLB, NHL, ATP, and WTA athletes in addition to NCAA football programs, Olympic Hockey teams, and World Championship Teams. He has a proven track record with the athletes in his care and now devotes most of his time to working with youth athletes trying to reach the next level.
