Who’s Training?

Coach Connor has been in the field of strength and conditioning for almost 15 years now. During that time he’s worked with hundreds of NCAA, NFL, MLB, NHL, ATP, and WTA athletes in addition to NCAA football programs, Olympic Hockey teams, and World Championship Teams. He has a proven track record with the athletes in his care and now devotes most of his time to working with youth athletes trying to reach the next level. Whether you’re in middle school or high school we’ve got a group training option that’s right for you. Check out our Next Level and Peak Performance groups!

Private training is a great option if you’re looking for training that’s a little bit more specialized. You’ll be assessed and we’ll look for any holes in your athleticism so we can cater a program specific to your needs.
