Connor Lyons has spent over 13 years in the strength & conditioning industry, having graduated from USF with a B.S. in Athletic Training from the College of Medicine’s Department of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and a Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM. He has worked with many first-round picks, all-stars, national and world champions as well as hundreds of professional athletes from the ATP, NFL, MLB, NHL, and USA Hockey teams. His clientele include Olympic gold medalists, Stanley Cup Champions, Super Bowl Champions, IIHF Gold medalists, and World Series Champions.
Connor is a firm believer in strength, positioning and patterning over all other aspects of training. He believes putting athletes in good positions and teaching them to both produce and accept force will create the best carryover to any and every sport while also helping decrease the likelihood of injuries.

Winnie comes to us very early in her career. She’s got that can do spirit, and wants to learn everything that she can. She’s young, but I think this kid’s got what it takes to make it in this field! While she doesn’t have any formal education, she’s a go getter and wants to see our clients get the best out of themselves. She work’s a very minimal schedule, but if you see her in the gym make sure you say hello!
