With private training the focus is you and your training needs, it’s the perfect fit for those just beginning their fitness journeys as well as the seasoned vets who are looking to maximize their potential!

  • 30 Minute Private

    30 minute training sessions can be great for those who don’t have a ton of time to squeeze training into their days. 30 minute sessions are perfect for those looking to increase their movement proficiency, or add a little bit of strength to their tool box.

  • Small Group Private

    Have a group of friends you’d like to train with? This is the option for you! We have a sliding cost based on the size of the group so the more like-minded friends you have, the lower the cost to you! These groups function best between 2-5 participants as the training is still designed for each individual in the group.
