Westside for the Undersized Hockey Guys and Gals!


Are you a hockey player constantly being told you’re undersized? Here’s a program for you! It’s a 10-week program that’s going to allow you to take ownership of your training, and grow into that frame of yours!

This program is a Westside-influenced template, also known as the conjugate method of training. You’ll be exposed to stimuli that will help increase your speed, power, strength, size, and work capacity. Everything you need to succeed on the ice will be laid out for you!

Connor Lyons

Connor Lyons is a strength and conditioning coach with 14 years of experience. He’s a graduate of USF’s Morsani College of Medicine and recieved his degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. He’s spent time at the University level, in the private sector and even spent time at the Olympic level. He’s a firm believer in patterning, positioning and strength being the foundation for all performance in sport and in life. He’s the owner of The Lyons Den Sports Performance and Strength Coach University.
