This group is designed for those with a higher training age in middle school and high school. Each day athletes will go through a warm up, movement specific mobility and corrective exercises, power/speed movements, and then a lift.

Drop In
You can drop into single sessions throughout the week. The cost is $30 per session and each drop in is good for 30 days.
10 Class Pack
You can purchase 10 sessions at a time and save 33%. 10 sessions cost $200 and are good for 12 months.
Monthly Autopay
If you’re really trying to get the most out of your training you can get on our monthly plan. This plan gets you into all 4 sessions throughout the week for a cost of about $14 per session. This plan will automatically renew every month until you cancel. *
