Can AI Replace Online Trainers and Coaches?


Artificial Intelligence applications are becoming more and more popular by the day. Chat GPT and GROK are two of the most successfully marketed chatbots and they can do your homework, write you an article, code, draw contracts, and as I found out today, even create training programs. We're going to go over some of the limitations and advantages of using AI to create training programs for yourself, or (hopefully not) your clients.

Connor Lyons

Connor Lyons is a strength and conditioning coach with 14 years of experience. He’s a graduate of USF’s Morsani College of Medicine and recieved his degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. He’s spent time at the University level, in the private sector and even spent time at the Olympic level. He’s a firm believer in patterning, positioning and strength being the foundation for all performance in sport and in life.
