This group is designed for those in middle school and/or with low training ages. Athletes in this group will be exposed to movement and get an introduction to lifting. Each day has a movement theme and a lifting theme.
Monday
Movement - Jumping and Landing
Lift - Hing Patterning/Posterior Chain and Upper Body Push Movements
Wednesday
Movement - Linear Acceleration
Lift - Squat/Push Patterning and Upper Body Pull Movements
Friday
Movement - Lateral and Change of Direction
Lift - Total Body and Isometric Holds
Saturday
Make Up Day
Drop In
You can drop into single sessions throughout the week. The cost is $30 per session and each drop in is good for 30 days.
10 Class Pack
You can purchase 10 sessions at a time and save 33%. 10 sessions cost $200 and are good for 12 months.
Monthly Autopay
If you’re really trying to get the most out of your training you can get on our monthly plan. This plan gets you into 3 sessions throughout the week for a cost of about $14 per session. This plan will automatically renew every month until you cancel.
Our cancellation policy requires 30-day notice beginning on April 1, 2024.
